You can provide your own object sample or design to us. We will give you a quotation about your design, and then have

Sure, but we will charge the fee for making sample and return 50% sample fee if you confirm to do the production.

If you want to place an order through E-mail, you must provide all the necessary information: style, fabric color, logo size,
printing color and size spec etc. Indeed it is suggested that our clients can place an order at our office, as we can communicate
directly to make everything clear. .

| 7. Can I choose to use several fabric color or printing color in one order?
Sure, but we will adjust the prices depending on the quantity of color combination.

| 8. When will the product finish? Can I get it earlier?
Time of production after confirmation of all necessary information:
--14-21 days for T-shirt and Polo-shirt
--21-30 days for jacket and sweater
(Bulk delivery to HK is set on every Friday)
--7-10 days for making sample
--3-13 days for urgent order (depend on the time to confirm all information and date of bulk delivery to HK, and the unit
price will benegotiated.)

| 9. Do you provide the price list and how to calculate the price?
None, but you can phone to our company for more details. We cannot provide you the price list as the price is highly
fluctuated, and we will calculate the unit price and discount depending on the quantity, style, draft size and the bulk
delivery of the order.

| 10. Do you provide any discount for customers?
Generally we will provide discount for students, religion groups and non-profit organizations.
But it would depend on the time of production and the ordering quantity.

| 11. How can I make the payment?
We will charge a 50% deposit of the total amount after confirming the order, and the remaining 50% will be closed on pickup.
You can make the payment by cash, cheque or deposit to our account.

| 12.Do you provide delivery services?
We do, but please make sure you have noticed us before you place the order. Free delivery will be considered for
huge order. (except Hong Kong Island and special territories)

| 14.How about the format of the Logo?
We accept manuscripts and computer drafts. Computer drafts include: AI, JPG File, Photoshop (300dpi for the minimum
resolution), 1.1 draft and A4 draft

| 15. How can I submit the Logo?
You can send it through E-mail or visit our company.

| 16. Can I print a different logo on each shirt in one order?
Sure. However, we will charge the fee of silk screen printing for each shirt so that the price will be more expensive.

| 17. Will the logo size change according to the size of clothes?
Generally we accept using the same logo size for all the clothes in one order. If not, the stencil fee will be increased
accordingly so that each pc will be more expensive.

| 18. Can I amend the logo after confirming the order?
You can amend before we have started the production of films with no charges, if not, we will charge a stencil fee
for amendment.

| 19. Will you help design a logo for customers?
We do not design and amend the logo for customers because of software restriction and permission problems.

| 20. Will the printing decolorize or not?
We do strict inspection for all the products before shipment, so cases of decolorization are unlikely to happen. However,
the color of some fabric or products may not have reached relevant standard due to other objective conditions. Our staffs
will state the decolorization level and the features to you when you place the order.

| 21. Will the products shrink in the wash or not?
All the 100% cotton will shrink in the wash. However, we have already done the strict testing for our fabrics and thus the
shrinkage will only happen slightly. You can inquire our staffs about the basic shrinkage rate for every fabric. .

| 22. Will the products decolorize or not?
There is a slight floating color phenomenon for the dark clothing. Nevertheless, please note that floating color ≠
decolorization, as it only means that small amount of fabric paint from the fabrics haven’t been cleared. The
pigment will not dip into the other fabric fibers when washing in normal temperature, and try to avoid washing
together with the light-colored shirt.

| 23. Can I cancel the order after making the sample?
Sure, but we will charge the sample fee first, and then deduct 70% deposit from the sample fee.

| 24. How about if I found mistake after I have collected my products?
If you find any problem after pickup, you can phone to our company within 5 days of the pickup. We will check your order
details and take reasonable action.

| 25. Can we decide not to use the “buddy” label?
Sure, but you have to notice us before you place the order ($2 extra charge for each pcs and no discount can be
enjoyed if the main label is not used; cannot have any discount if the sleeve label or side label are not used)

| 26. Can the sample be lent out?
Sure, but we will charge a fee for particular products.

| 27. Can a repeat order enjoy the original price?
Not always, it depends on the quantity of the repeat order and the current prices.

| 28. Do you keep the silk screen printing for customers?
Yes, but please make sure to state the requirement on the invoice when you place the order, or else we will not keep the
silk screen. The maximum storage time is within 30 days of the pickup, and we will charge $100/screen for deposit. The deposit
will be taken if a repeat order is not made before the one-month period,
and we are entitled to charge the silk screen fee over again.

You can come up to our company to have the finished product for your reference, or browse the scale body chart at our website.

| 30. Will you keep the embroidery tape?
Usually we will keep the embroidery tape for 1 year, and will not charge the tape fee for repeat order within the stated
period. However, we will charge the tape fee over again after 1 year.

Embroidery is a kind of decorative handicraft that to embroidered the designed pattern on clothing or fabrics
by handwork or machine.

| 32. Which fabric is the easiest to be embroidered? And why?
The pre-requisite of embroidery is to fix the fabric so that no wrinkles and looseness can be found during the manufacturing process.
For this, woven is thought to be the best as it is inelastic, with close packing and not easy to wrinkle. Instead, knitted fabric is
slightly inferior to woven for embroidery.

Three conditions are needed:
--Machinery equipment: selecting suitable machine according to types of fabrics.
--Technology: except for qualified machines, relevant software is also needed, as well as the professional level of the master
